There are many designs of aftermarket Panhard Bars available today. Des Sol Engineers have designed what they believe to be the new market leader in Panhard Bar design technology. Their Des Sol high performance, adjustable, reinforced, high strength Panhard Bars improves ride performance (marginally), and assist with even wear on you suspension components. Des Sol Panhard Bars are adjustable from 0mm lift all the way through to a 100mm lift, the Des Sol Adjustable Panhard Bars allow 100% differential to chassis centralisation.

The Biggest benefit, by far is the strength of the Des Sol Panhard Bars. If you are in the bush and your stock radial arm is bent, you will not be able to drive the vehicle as the bar will just keep folding in on its self. The Des Sol engineers have extensively tested their Panhard Bars and if damaged, the bar still maintains enough strength and rigidity to allow you to drive your vehicle home or to a workshop to have it repaired, saving on costly towing fees.

The Des Sol Adjustable Panhard Bars are manufactured from thick walled, ASTM A106 seamless tubing. The Des Sol adjusters are manufactured out of High Tensile Steel and the Des Sol bushings are manufactured out of Thermoplastic Polyurethane which has a high degree of elasticity and more precise hardness. As a result, the Des Sol product achieves a balance between flexibility, durability and strength required for aggressive 4×4 performance. And the best of all, no squeaking noise.

The Des Sol bars are also e-coated and powder coated providing a superior finish and extra coating for a longer lifespan. The complete Panhard Bar is manufactured in house so replacement parts will be readily available “off the shelf”.
